Hong Kong paralysed by widespread flooding after heavy rainfall since 1884

Hong Kong was drenched (使濕透) by the heaviest rainstorm (暴風雨) since records began 140 years ago. The city on the night of 7 September experienced its most intense hour rainfall since 1884.
