Food producer Tyson recalls 30,000 pounds of chicken nuggets

Food producer Tyson announced on November 4 that they were recalling (回收) about 30,000 pounds of chicken nuggets (雞塊) as some consumers complained that there were metal pieces in the nuggets. A case was reported as a minor (輕微的) oral injury after eating those chicken nuggets.
