Evidence shows that there were lakes on Mars

Teams of scientists analysed (分析) the data gathered from NASA’s rover (探測器)  Perseverance (「毅力號」) and confirmed (確定) that there were once lakes on Mars.  They discovered that the existence of ancient lake sediments (沉積物) is proof of the existence of water once filled a giant basin (凹地) on Mars.
